FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Our First Impressions team volunteers help welcome, serve and connect with our guests and attendees. Whether it's holding a door, helping someone find a seat, greeting with a smile, or helping someone take a next step, our first impressions team offers a wide variety of opportunities to serve before, during, and after all of our Sunday gatherings.

WORSHIP TEAM

Our Worship Team leads us in a time of worship through music during each of our gatherings. Do you play an instrument or sing? Come serve with us on the Worship Team. 

PRODUCTION TEAM

Our Production Team runs all our our audio, video, and lighting, working behind the scenes during each of our gatherings. From running a camera to operating a sound board, to directing video shots, our Production Team volunteers create the visual and audio experience for our gatherings. While experience is always helpful in technical areas like these, it's absolutely not required. 

MEDIA TEAM

Do you have a passion for photography, videography, or graphic arts? Our media team helps us capture moments from our gatherings, special events, and more to share on our social media pages and on our website.

VICTORY EVERYWHERE

Our Victory Everywhere volunteers help to engage our audience during our online gatherings. Our Victory Everywhere team is comprised of online chat hosts and next steps team volunteers. Interested in serving online? Serve on our Victory Everywhere team!

VICTORY KIDS

Do you enjoy working with children? Our Victory Kids volunteers serve in a number of roles in our nursery, early childhood, and K-4 environments. Our Victory Kids volunteers are integral in helping the next generation grow in their faith.

VICTORY STUDENTS

Our Victory Students volunteers help our students in 5th-12th grade continue to grow in their faith. Serving as small group leaders, they help our students connect with them and with other students.

VICTORY CAFE

Our Victory Cafe volunteers serve our guests a variety of hot and cold beverages, pastries and more before an after each gathering. When you serve in our Victory Cafe, you are helping to provide a welcoming environment for our guests, and even more, helping our cause of Victory Missions.

RESOURCE CENTER

Our Resource Center is where our guests and attendees are able to purchase Victory branded merchandise and other resources. Our Resource Center volunteers operate our resource center, facilitating purchases and fulfilling orders. 

VICTORY SPORTS

Our Victory Sports ministry sees hundreds of families every weekend during the active seasons, and plays an integral part in reaching out to our community. Come serve on our team as a coach, assistant coach, or referee. 

FACILITIES TEAM

Our facilities team often serves outside of our Sunday service hours to make sure that our building and grounds look presentable and welcoming to all of our guests and attendees. Projects may vary, but if you enjoy landscaping and other maintenance tasks, the facilities team would love to have you.

FRONT OFFICE TEAM

Assist our front office staff through out the week by helping with administrative tasks, answering phones, and receiving guests. 

SECURITY TEAM

Our Safety and Security team volunteers to help make our guest feel comfortable and safe as discreetly as possible while they worship. They are intimately familiar with Victory’s Emergency Action Plan and are able to help and liaise with local first responders in the case of emergency situations.
