Who we are

Go and make disciples of all nations...

The Mission

The mission of Victory Christian Church is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." - Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)

The Vision

The vision of Victory Christian Church is to show a broken world the life-changing love of Jesus. We want to create a community of authentic believers and to witness local and global transformation through the
life-changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as
their Lord and Savior.

Overview

Victory Christian Church is a growing, Independent Christian Church, where we love God and love people. The atmosphere is warm, exciting, and you'll experience a family atmosphere as you get to know us as a very "friendly church." Victory Christian Church is a place where we worship and learn about God while finding a place to put our gifts to work helping each other as well as our community.

You'll find hundreds of people of all ages from all over Franklin, Whiteland, Greenwood, Bargersville, Edinburgh, Columbus, and surrounding areas, enjoying great worship, fun, and meaningful messages from the Bible.

Fully Engaged: The 4 G's

At Victory, we don't stress membership. Instead, We emphasize participation! We want to see our attendees fully engaged and connected to what's going on at Victory. We measure the level of connectivity through what we call our 4 G's.

Gathering

Our church exists for people far from God, and we want you to invite people in your life to experience the life-changing love of Jesus.

Groups

Participating in a small group is the best way to build community and foster spiritual growth at Victory. Through our Groups, you can connect with others as you grow in your relationship with Christ.

Gifts

God has equipped each of us with unique gifts and skill sets. At Victory, we provide you opportunities to use your talents to serve God's vision through the local church.

Generosity

At Victory we consider it a privilege to give back to God what He has so freely given to us. We celebrate generosity and the work God does through our sacrificial giving.

Our Values

Biblical Authority
"A Better Way To Do Life"

We will present God's Word with grace and truth. We recognize its authority and our need to adjust to it (John 1:14).
What areas in my life do I need to trust that God’s way is a better way?

Authentic Community
"Me Too"

Pursuing truth together, in a community of believers, is the best opportunity for truly living out and applying that truth
(Acts 2:42-47 and 4:32-35).
Who can speak the truths in your life, that you may not want to hear?

Excellent Environments
"Bump In To Jesus"

We aren’t in the business of changing people. Rather, we embrace our role as creating a space where people’s lives can be changed by the love of Jesus (Colossians 3:17).
What can I do in this environment to lead people to Jesus?

Share Jesus
"Come and See. Go and Tell"

We will intentionally leverage our influence in the world for the sole purpose of introducing people to the life changing love of Christ (Mark 2, Matthew 28).
Who are you investing your time in, to invite them to a deeper relationship with Jesus?

Looking For the Broken
"Who is not here?"

We will not be content with the great things that Victory has to offer, but we will evaluate all of our experiences at Victory through the lens of those who are not here (Luke 2:10).
Who in my life needs to be experiencing this?

Gifted Service
"Purpose and Personality"

We recognize that God distributes Spiritual Gifts to all of us (time, talents, treasure) to equip the Church, in order to serve as Christ to the world
(Romans 12, Galatians 5).
How are you leveraging your Spiritual Gifts for God’s purposes?

Generous Living
"We are contributors, not consumers"

We are called to live out God’s mission on this earth. We are committed to give and serve in generous ways to showcase the life changing love of Jesus in our lives.
What are you giving up financially for the cause of Christ?
"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."
-Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)
